[sh-] Shrek is in the [4] bathroom of the [-(e)n] infirmary where a small 椹 mulberry 木 tree grows out of a 匚 box next to the sink. Shrek uses his 儿 legs to kick the 木 tree and a bunch of 椹 mulberry fruit falls down onto the tile. Shrek then puts it in his 其 clothes hamper so that he can snack on them later. Then he washes his hands in the sink before leaving the infirmary bathroom.
