[sh-] Shrek is in the [4] bathroom of the [-(e)n] infirmary where he is taking a shower during his stay there. He does not want to get his huge smelly infected green 厶 elbow 彡 hair wet (which is why he is in the infirmary to begin with), so he holds an umbrella over his 厶 elbow so it doesn't get touched by the shower 氵 spray. Unfortunately water 滲 seeps through the umbrella and drips onto his his infected 厶 elbow 彡 hair, making it wet.
