He gets a big bundle of it and cuts it into 七 seven pieces with his 刀 sword, then 沏 infuses that in the boiling water he has on the sidewalk. While he waits for it to 沏 infuse, he 氵 sprays his 刀 sword 七 seven times to clean it.
