He stacks a bunch of 豆 beans on the velvet carpet to form a 癶 bunker, then he takes out a 澄 Transparent 氵 Spray and sprays the 癶 bunker, making it completely 澄 transparent, practically invisible. Charlie then 氵 sprays himself, making himself 澄 transparent and hides inside his 癶 bunker.
