[ch-] Charlie Brown is in the [4] bathroom of the [-e] electricity plant where he is working with the 攵 foreman to fix the dirty water that is coming out of the sinks. They both wear electric-resistant elbow pads and use those to hold an electric 月 moon that they then force into one of the pipes above. It 氵 sprays 澈 clear water everywhere. They turn on the sink and sure enough the water is now 澈 clear. But the 氵 spray from above is not stopping, and soon they are nearly drowning in perfectly 澈 clear water. Charlie Brown, as always, is 澈 clear that he is depressed about the situation and wears a frown.
