[l-] Legolas is in the [3] basement of the [-an] pawn shop where he is working with the 監 jailer and the 見 walking eye to make a 糸 silk 纜 cable. It is a 纜 cable because even though it is 糸 silk, it is ancient second-hand elvish 糸 silk that is like steel. They twist it together, slowly forming a 纜 cable that the 監 jailer hopes to use to better detain inmates.
