Pinocchio reaches in where his 脾 spleen should be and pulls out a wooden 月 moon which serves as his 脾 spleen. Knowing he doesn't really need it since he is a wooden doll, he gives his 脾 spleen to the 卑 mole-rat who nibbles on it.
