He stands next to the fire-powered generator holding 亻 Slenderman who is the owner of the plant and with a sharp 匕 spoon pointed to his neck. He shouts out 言 words 訛 extorting that he will stab 亻 Slenderman with the 匕 spoon and throw him into the fire generator if they don't do as he says!
