[ch-] Charlie Brown is in the [4] bathroom of the [-e] electricity plant where he riding on top of an electric 車 car with the 攵 foreman. They both wear elbow pads as they hold onto a 月 moon by a rope that they drag behind the 車 car. The heavy 月 moon creates a 轍 rut in the floor, tearing up the tile. It's not clear why they want to make a 轍 rut in the electricity plant bathroom, though. Charlie looks as sad as ever.
