[sh-] Shrek is in the [2] middle of the living room of the [-_] house. He is convinced he is in a dream, so he takes a 宀 dollhouse that was lying on the carpet and hits himself on the head with it as hard as possible to return back to 實 reality. Unfortunately, he is already in 實 reality and not in any dream. His head goes right through the center of the 宀 dollhouse which now sits upon his shoulders, forming a weird sort of 貫 necklace.
