The 言 words literally rain down 旨 flavoring on him (salt, pepper, sugars, etc) giving literal weigh to their praise of Yoshi's 詣 achievements. Yoshi smugly sits on the toilet thinking about all of the great things he has 詣 achieved. He is quite the dinosaur.
