Word unlocking

Per our item lesson order, word items only show up in lessons once all of its dependent character items have become familiar.

This can be changed so that word items show up only when those characters are newly learned instead. This can reinforce the characters while you’re learning them, instead of first drilling the character by itself.

Under application settings, you have two options available:

• Unlock when characters are familiar: This is the default setting, making words available after you become familiar with the characters within it.
• Unlock when characters are learned: This is the experimental setting, allowing you to effectively learn words in tandem with its characters.

Simply select which option you’d like and click Save.
